Christ-Centered Addiction Recovery for Men

Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where men can heal, grow, and experience lasting freedom from addiction. Through daily spiritual disciplines, accountability, and meaningful relationships, we help men rediscover their purpose, identity, and potential through a personal relationship with Christ.

    Nate

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Nate has served in various positions here at The Blake House since its beginning. Nate has been with the program since 2010, where he has committed his life to helping others.

    CHIEF OPERATIONS & MARKETING OFFICER

    COO/CMO

    Andrew has been with The Blake House since 2013. He has committed to stay on staff and follow God's call for his life. Andrew is involved with the men and program on a daily basis and oversees all day to day operations.

    Travis

    PROGRAM DIRECTOR

    Travis has been with TBH since 2018. After finishing Servant Leadership Training in October of 2019, God called him to continue giving back through the ministry. He is leading, teaching and serving as the Program Director.

    Servanthood

    In our addiction, we serve only one person: ourselves. Jesus was the one true servant to the entire world. We follow in the footsteps of his disciples, called to serve one another as Jesus did for his church.

    Jesus is a relational God. He calls us not only to be in a relationship with our heavenly father but for us to be in a relationship with one another.

    Family

    Family reconciliation is an important part of our program. We encourage our men and families to set healthy boundaries while working through the damage done during the addiction.

    Transparency

    Transparency and vulnerability are what Christ embodied during his time in ministry. We believe that Jesus left us a blueprint for how to have healthy relationships with others through vulnerability

    Empathy

    As former addicts, everyone here can empathize and have compassion for where you are when you are lost and broken.

    Forgiveness

    We are called to receive God’s forgiveness for ourselves and give that forgiveness to others.

    Accountability

    Paul tells us that if we speak the truth in love we will “grow up” into the head that is Christ. We speak the truth in love and play a crucial role for one another as accountability. This is not only a biblical principle accountability is a huge part of recovery and the 12 steps.
